About ReDi Restaurant Reservation

ReDi Restaurant Reservation is a table-booking system for restaurants, made by CATZ SOFT OÜ, a software company in Tallinn, Estonia (OÜ is the Estonian form of a private limited company, like Ltd). Guests book through a form that runs as a plugin on the restaurant's own WordPress website, see real availability and get an instant confirmation. Availability, advanced settings and reservation data are handled by ReDi's cloud service, hosted in the EU (Microsoft Azure, Ireland), so the same bookings are also available to staff in the Host Dashboard and to partners through the ReDi API.

ReDi has been on the market since 2013. As of September 2026, about 400 restaurants in 300+ cities use it, and it has processed nearly 5 million reservations.

What ReDi does

Booking form on your WordPress website. A form added with a shortcode checks availability instantly and confirms the reservation by email.
Reservation logic in the cloud. Availability, confirmations and advanced settings run on ReDi's servers in the EU, not only inside WordPress.
Host Dashboard for the team. Paid plans include the Host Dashboard, a hosted service where staff manage reservations, with statistics, daily notes, email template customisation, after-visit feedback requests and CSV export.
API for partners. Partners can connect to ReDi reservations through the ReDi API — see the API documentation.
More in the Full plan. Table management with automatic table assignment, prepayment at booking, discounts and daily offers, SMS notifications (Twilio, BulkSMS, PushBullet), WhatsApp notifications (Twilio, Ultramsg) and newsletter integrations (Mailchimp, Newsletter plugin, Sendinblue). How we work differently

The people who build ReDi also support it. Questions go to a small team that knows the code, not to a ticket queue.
Support every day, 07:00–23:00 CET. Including weekends and holidays, by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Bookings stay on your domain. The form runs on the restaurant's own website; guests don't leave for a third-party portal.
Data hosted in the EU, with a copy on your site. Reservation data and settings are stored on Microsoft Azure, Ireland, in the EU, and a copy of every reservation, including guest details, is also saved in your own WordPress database.
The booking form speaks 21 languages.

Who ReDi is for

ReDi works best on a WordPress website, where the booking form is installed as a plugin. No WordPress site? On request we provide a booking form that works without WordPress — embedded on any website or shared as a direct booking link — or we host a WordPress site for you as part of the Full plan.

When ReDi is not the right fit

You mainly need food ordering or delivery. ReDi handles table reservations only.
You need a visual floor plan. ReDi assigns tables automatically by capacity with table management (Full plan), but has no drag-and-drop floor plan. If that is a blocker, contact us and we can extend ReDi for your needs.

Do I need a WordPress website?

Not necessarily. Usually the booking form is installed as a WordPress plugin on your restaurant's site; reservations are processed in ReDi's cloud service, managed in the Host Dashboard, and a copy of each one is kept in your WordPress database. Without WordPress, on request we provide a booking form for any website or as a direct booking link, or we host WordPress for you as part of the Full plan.

Is there a free version?

Yes — up to 100 guests per month with no time limit. Paid plans remove the limit and add the Host Dashboard; the Full plan also adds table management, prepayment, discounts and SMS/WhatsApp notifications.

Can I cancel my subscription?
